The inspector is very knowledgeable about the cause of the damage on the roof. He fully explained what caused the damage and what need to be done to fix it. Very friendly. Will schedule a an appointment for the repair because I want my roof in a good hand.

Everyone we interacted with was responsive and professional. Jason went above and beyond to ensure the solar company knew what was needed prior to roof repair. We were offered an earlier repair date but could not accept because the solar panels were not yet removed. Another date was offered after that which moved our repair up by 10 days, avoiding more rain. The repair crew was timely, efficient and did not leave any mess. Very satisfied with Roof Doctors service.

We had a leak from one of the recent storms. Roof Doctors came out right away to assess the issues and give me an estimate. Jason was very thorough, taking his time to explain the problem and our options on how to fix it. He also took temporary preventative measures to help protect our home from more damage until we were able to get repairs. I had a few estimates done and by far Roof Doctors were the best choice. The work the quoted was intentional and without tacking on additional services that we did not need. They were able to schedule us right away. Jose arrived ready to work. He was very professional and worked hard all day. Overall, everyone one I had contact with from Roof Doctors were so great to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient and gave me the confidence that the work would be done right. 100% recommend!

Very fast

A tree fell on our garage and broke some of the concrete roof tiles. Roof Doctors came out promptly to give us an estimate and did the work on the date promised. Everything looks good, left everything cleaned up, and didn't upsell us.

I was happy. My inspection was scheduled quickly and I didn't get a bunch of reminder calls bothering me. Gabriel did my inspection and I believed everything he was telling me and didn't feel like I was trying to be sold on anything unnecessary. I feel like when I get the work done on my roof that I will feel good about it and confident it's going to get done right by someone who is an expert at what he does.

Their inspector ( Alex) was communicative regarding his ETA, timely, and provided clear, thorough, and trustworthy assessment of our leaking issue in addition to providing an evaluation of our entire roof. Highly recommend.

The roofers came right on time and did a very good job at identifying the leak problem. The repair took longer than anticipated but the workers stayed on top of the problems to complete the work.

Repair was completed on scheduled day. Need to check on next rain for the leak in the attic if OK!

Inspection very activity!

After a couple of inspections from my homeowners insurance, I was told that nothing wrong with the roof.According to them it was leaves and debris that was causing the leak.I had someone removed the leaves and debris during last fall. During first rain the roof was leaking again. So, I called Roof Doctors and Jason came out and found where and what was causing the leak.He gave me a quote a bit pricey but I was confident that Roof Doctors will fix it right. The repairs are done and I’m confident of their quality of service. Now , I can go forward with having a Solar Panels installed. Thank you.

Highly recommended! This is the second time we've used Roof Doctors for two separate instances and couldn't be happier with the service we've had both times. Highly professional from the estimate inspection to the actual work done. Hopefully we won't have other unrelated issues in the future but that all depends on Mother Nature. I was pretty sure I had a leak in my roof. When Roof Doctors came to inspect, they discovered my roof was fine. They could have easily scammed me but didn’t. You can’t buy that kind of integrity! If I ever need my roof fixed, I’m going with these folks!
