Quality roof repair at a good price

Have been using them for years, with both our property management side and sales side. It’s always an easy process, plus, efficient friendly and helpful staff. Reports are easy to read, understand and include pictures.

Everyone we interacted with was responsive and professional. Jason went above and beyond to ensure the solar company knew what was needed prior to roof repair. We were offered an earlier repair date but could not accept because the solar panels were not yet removed. Another date was offered after that which moved our repair up by 10 days, avoiding more rain. The repair crew was timely, efficient and did not leave any mess. Very satisfied with Roof Doctors service.

We had a leak from one of the recent storms. Roof Doctors came out right away to assess the issues and give me an estimate. Jason was very thorough, taking his time to explain the problem and our options on how to fix it. He also took temporary preventative measures to help protect our home from more damage until we were able to get repairs. I had a few estimates done and by far Roof Doctors were the best choice. The work the quoted was intentional and without tacking on additional services that we did not need. They were able to schedule us right away. Jose arrived ready to work. He was very professional and worked hard all day. Overall, everyone one I had contact with from Roof Doctors were so great to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient and gave me the confidence that the work would be done right. 100% recommend!

Our roof started leaking which made me nervous as a previous water problem caused a lot of damage in the past. Jason from Roof Doctors came to our home and was very professional. He and a trainee conducted the inspection and he thoroughly explained the process. Jason even provided a stop gap on the broken roof tile until the repair can be completed (in a few weeks). What I appreciated is Jason’s professional communication and how well he listened to my concerns as a home owner. Shortly after leaving, I received a call from the home warranty company stating the coverage and costs which was exactly what Jason verbally estimated. Highly recommend for this phase of the process.

A tree fell on our garage and broke some of the concrete roof tiles. Roof Doctors came out promptly to give us an estimate and did the work on the date promised. Everything looks good, left everything cleaned up, and didn't upsell us.

I was happy. My inspection was scheduled quickly and I didn't get a bunch of reminder calls bothering me. Gabriel did my inspection and I believed everything he was telling me and didn't feel like I was trying to be sold on anything unnecessary. I feel like when I get the work done on my roof that I will feel good about it and confident it's going to get done right by someone who is an expert at what he does.

The roofers came right on time and did a very good job at identifying the leak problem. The repair took longer than anticipated but the workers stayed on top of the problems to complete the work.

Repair was completed on scheduled day. Need to check on next rain for the leak in the attic if OK!

Best guys to call for roof repairs, professional service

Alex was professional and informative. We are always looking for honesty and sincerity in a business. This review was for their initial inspection. Roof Doctor sent 2 roofers on 11/6/23 and they spent 2 hrs. to replace some worn shingles and replaced the fireplace flashing and shingles around it. They left a pile 6"x6" of dirt, staples and nails on the roof. I reported it to the office with no response. I swept it up myself. Around 11/16 it had rained and we noticed water inside our upstairs' medicine cabinet . Called the inspector and texted photos on 11/17 to him. He came out and inspected the roof on 11/28 and said the roofers installed the shingles around the flashing incorrectly and would expedite a redo at no charge. I did not hear back for the next schedule appointment, so I called the office on 12/5 and the office said the roofers will be out on 12/8. I waited all day and no one showed up. I called the office again on Monday 12/11 and the office said someone will be out the next day on Tuesday 12/12. I called the office at 11:30am and each time the office puts me on hold and 5 minutes latter, would tell me the roofers are not answering their phone. . This is the only company that I have encounter that has no follow-up to correcting their mistake and show no initiative. I feel like I just had gone to a used car salesperson and once the bill is paid, I'm on my own. I would not recommend this company .

We had Roof Doctors come in to make a repair of our roof. We had a leak in the kitchen ceiling whenever it rained. They came and made the repairs, and we paid them. A few days later it rained and the leak was still going on. We called to tell them that they didn’t fix the leak, and were told they would come back to check out the problem. They gave us a date and time for two weeks later, and they didn’t show up. We called again and they gave us another date and time for two weeks later, again they didn’t show up. Finally the third date/time they showed up and inspected the ceiling and said they would give us a quote for the repairs. We reminded them that they never fixed the problem that we already paid them for so we were told they would contact us in a few days after discussing with their management. We haven’t heard back since and whenever we call, no one picks up the phone. If you are looking for roof repair, avoid them entirely unless you want to pay 2.5K for them to do absolutely nothing, miss appointments, and then ghost you. We even had another leak on the same side of the house but different room that we suspect is originating from the same place. UPDATE Oct2023: we’ve tried contacting them several times after this since we received the response on this review and never heard back. We ended up hiring another company (who charges 1/3 the price) and they came in today and repaired it in no time. At the end this company told us that whoever had done the repair last time (Roof Doctor) had actually made it worse and that is why the leak had gotten so bad.

Free roof inspections

00 A moment ago We rent our home to a family with kids. One of our skylights needs to be repaired for a small leak. We called the company to let us know if they would show up despite weather report showing rain so we can notify the tenants. They have no consideration that we have tenants at the property. They can't tell you when they are going to show up until you call them that morning after 8am if they pick up the phone. Most established companies will provide 2 to 3 hour window and will tell you either it is morning or afternoon. It appears that they do not have a scheduler and techs dictate schedule the morning. They think their business model works well for them. It suits their needs, not their customers. Their way or highway attitude. If you are someone who has a day job, organized or have a tenant like we do, you may want to consider your options before you give them a call. Their model is the same regardless it is rainy season or summer. Recommend trying others who are more organized in their business practices to consider their customers first. Without customers they do not exist.

Roof Doctors did a great job of upgrading and cleaning out the valley and chimney flashings. Cleaned all the derby from the roof and cleaned up once the job was completed. They were attentive to my needs, professional and timely with scheduling. Overall great job!

Highly recommended! This is the second time we've used Roof Doctors for two separate instances and couldn't be happier with the service we've had both times. Highly professional from the estimate inspection to the actual work done. Hopefully we won't have other unrelated issues in the future but that all depends on Mother Nature. I was pretty sure I had a leak in my roof. When Roof Doctors came to inspect, they discovered my roof was fine. They could have easily scammed me but didn’t. You can’t buy that kind of integrity! If I ever need my roof fixed, I’m going with these folks!
